I don't know what to put here. My desire to be liked or helpful (fellow people pleaser here) wants to pass along some kind of motivation or kind words in appreciation, but after reading several entries, I'm not sure I want to encourage that part. I feel seen and deeply relate to your experience. I've been doing ACT, EMDR and have had some success with IFS as well. I think it's been really important for me to hear from others that have similar experiences, so thanks for that. I guess I hope you also find what you're hoping for out of this website exercise and discover more of you own identity. Take care :)
