Hey! I read your blog post (the one titled "This ONE WEIRD TRICK has changed my life"
and it really resonated with me. I can relate to the spiralling out of control, the autopilot, the self-esteem (or lack thereof), basically the whole shebang.
I've already been trying to pull back from the constant bombardment of stimulus that is the modern internet, but it's disturbingly easy to fall back into harmful patterns of behaviour, especially when it's is designed to keep you hooked, and having ADHD certainly doesn't help.
It's nice to get some reassurance that this is the right course of action. It's a little scary, honestly. Part of me wants just to keep going with the flow, because it's easier than having to think and make decisions, but I can't live my whole life this way.
I know it won't be easy, but I'm going to keep trying.
